ROMPERS FOR SUMMER

First things first, thank you guys so much for the great response and welcome to my new blog name and look. I am so happy you guys like it. It is still a little work in progress, so please be patient as I

finish tweaking little things here and there. But let's get back to style posts, because I've missed them. Fashion will always have my heart and even though it's taken just a little bit of a back seat on here (due to time scheduling) it will always be my love.

We've had some pretty gloomy and rainy days here in New Jersey which is why I decided to wear this super cute and bright yellow romper. I love that rompers are easy to wear and comfortable while still showing off my fashionista side. This one is under $20 and is truly a statement piece. You can wear it with flats or heels, like I did here. The only down side is that it wrinkles fast as you can see on the photos, but overall I love the piece.

On days like today when there's still a little wind chill you can throw on a cute jacket - I've been obsessing over vertical blazers and need on ASAP. They are also great for nighttime when it always gets a little colder.

Fun fact: this romper is supposed to be a capri length and of course it fits me like long pants, ha! But I still love it. I parked it with my black Target sandals and I was good to go. This is a great alternative to a dress since it is still dressy but more comfortable if you are headed out to lunch, a summer date or even wear it to work with a blazer! The only downside? When I have to use the restroom... you all have seen the memes. Lol
