Ever since I could remember I always wanted to be a mom. As a young girl I always envisioned having 5 kids, yes F I V E ... I guess as an only child I was lonely and bored, jajaja. Well reality set in once I became an adult and we are down to 3 children and God willing we are sticking to that idea. But for now I have one amazing, smart, funny and so handsome little boy, he is our life and truly our sunshine. He brightens up our days and makes life so worth living. You may have seen him around here on my weekly mommy chic posts...

From the moment we brought Ben home I've had some very memorable moments but the one that stands out the most from our very first day at home was when I changed his first pee-pee diaper at home fort he first time. As soon as I opened up his diaper there was a golden shower right onto his little head, I couldn't believe it, I always heard of these stories with baby boys, it was so funny, poor thing! And this was just the beginning of a few "baby diaper stories" to come. I will never forget that day... I tell it to all of my friends who are becoming new moms especially those having boys and I always recommend what works best for me and my child and in this case that was Huggies Snug & Dry. We have used Huggies for our baby from the very beginning. These diapers are so soft, comfortable and most of all, as a mom to a boy, very reliable, in fact it is  only brand we used for our son, the only one we trust.

Ben was just 9 days old here....

But that wasn't my only memory when it came to diaper duty... Once Ben became a little more independent he started to take off and the crawling days were quiet nerve racking as a first time mom but also very exciting to see my little baby have a personality all of his own. I remember one afternoon I had Ben in his playpen while I was cooking... I looked back and there he was he had taken off his diaper completely! He was standing there giggling and comando! I just laughed it was the funniest thing. Of course I took a picture of it and sent it to my husband ... Our baby was now becoming a big boy. I was afraid of a big #2 accident happening and that is when I switched over to Huggies Slip-On Diapers, it is the best alternative for boys or girls who are becoming more independent and no longer need the regular "baby diapers". They are just like underwear and what I love best they are easy on the go "undies" ... You can change your baby anywhere without having to lay them down. Especially if your child is like mine, he no longer wants to lay on the changing table. So I just pull down the diaper, wipe him down and voila! Put it back on just like you would a real underwear. And makes your child feel like a big boy or girl! And he is on his way to the potty training world!

Huggies® Snug & Dry Diapers offer long-lasting protection you can count on, so you can focus on all your little one’s daily adventures. Plus, they come with new SureFit* Design added leakage protection.

● Only Huggies® Snug & Dry Diapers have New SureFit* Design for up to 12 hours of leakage protection

● SnugFit* Waistband for All-Around Fit

● Now closer-to-body fit to move with baby’s twists and turns

● Now softer outer cover

... And on to the fab stuff!

I remember when my sons were newborns how they would pee straight up in the air when we opened their diapers to change them. We had to duck or get squirted!

Oh our funny story was when we put a swin diaper on instead of a regular diaper! After dinner, we were wondering why Carter was soaking wet and the highchair was all wet.....and then we realized that we had put a swim diaper on instead! Had to laugh. :)

My memorable diaper story is when the tabs on my kid's diapers would become undone and my kids would be walking around with droopy and sometimes wet pants.

  21. We don't have kids just yet. I've already experience several diaper blow outs from other babies though - I think the best one had to be when I was cuddled up with my EBF nephew on my lap and he blew out everywhere and covered my pants too.
