Soft curls by using just a headband!

So a couple of months ago I posted the "Curl Your Hair Using a Sock" post and got a few people quite interested in it. A lot of you have tried and liked it, I tried it as you can see HERE and it came out pretty good for just using a sock!

But for me, having long think hair was a little difficult after the first time to roll my hair into the sock and I stopped doing it. So I moved on to the next option on that Curl Your Hair Without Heat post, which was JUST USE A HEADBAND! Finally I decided to give it a try and I have to be honest, I loved this one. Way easier, and better soft curls, even with my long, heavy hair. I did make one mistake of leaving my hair a little damp in the back though, so be sure to have your hair completely dry, all over.

Here is the blog with the tutorial on how to do it, The Paper Mama she is great and I can't thank her enough for introducing me to this method, great for on-the-go-mommies like me!

Take a look at my pictures showing you my process of doing Curls Using a Headband.

You will look a bit like a flapper girl once you've tucked in all your hair... but hey Halloween idea!
Here is the back, I pushed the headband up to my hair line so
I didn't have a funny mark the next morning.
Here is how I woke up that morning, minus the makeup of course ;)

 And waaalaa! One side here...
 The other side here.
I then sprayed a light hairspray on my hair...
I really loved my curls yesterday.
So click on to this link to see the video on how to do it.

Do not forget to have your entire head of hair DRY!  The back of mine was a little damp so the back didn't take and didn't look as soft and nice as the front did.Try it and let me know what you think and if it worked for you as well.

As for me, I am definitely doing it again this Sunday for Mother's Day!
