OREO DULCE DE LECHE | EASY NO-BAKE RECIPE

This is a compensated campaign in collaboration with Nabisco and Latina Bloggers Connect. As always, all opinions are my own.
Hi guys! I am so excited to share today's super easy no-bake recipe! I love cooking with the kids and this Oreo Dulce de Leche parfait recipe is not just delicious but also a lot of fun to make. Ben and Emme love sweets and being able to mix fun foods like Oreos with fruits is always a plus for me. Especially para la merienda which is a tradition in my family, Ben loved making this with me. All you have to do is basically mix all
the products together and voila! Easy as 1-2-3. This is a fun way to keep the kids entertained and helping you in the kitchen this spring.
Here are the ingredients to serve 6.
1/3 cup caramel spread (dulce de leche)
2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
12 OREO Cookies, divided
1 cup chopped cooked frozen ripe plantains (I used bananas)
Visit this link for the instructions on how to prep this Latino-inspired recipe. There are so many great recipes ideas on Pinterest but these are my fave, they are easy and delightful. And the kids will love to make these, this Dia del NiƱo.
