I am so happy to bring you a beauty post today just in time to close the week and get ready for the weekend. Whether you are hitting your summer beach home or going on vacation, or simply just want to some great summer beauty products, this post is for YOU. One of my year round body struggles is my body hair. Yes I admit it ladies, I have to shave every other day because I happen to have quick growing and coarse hair on my legs and under arms. So when it comes to removing all that unwanted hair I have been using Gillette Venus Embrace Sensitive Razor and Gillette Satin Care Ultra Sensitive Shave Gel for as long as I can remember. Believe me I've tried many other brands and razor blades and no other leaves my skin feeling as baby soft and amazing like Gillette Venus does. And the best part the razor is so smooth and effective that I don't have to shave my legs and under arms as often as I normally would. I honestly cannot live without these two products, not just in the summer but all year round. If you have not tried it yet, ladies you have to try them. Super inexpensive and truly effective. And it never irritates my skin! This is one brand of products I cannot see myself without. This is definitely a summer must have for me.
One of the most important parts of our body aside from our skin that we must always take care of in the summer is our hair. That is why I have been trying out this Alterna Caviar Replenishing Moisture Milk Leave-In Conditioning Spray - it is a leave-in conditioner that hydrates the hair, perfect for the summer months where our hair becomes dry and brittle. I love that it is made of milk and that it is a leave-in, having a child definitely puts a restraint on the time you have to take care of your hair and skin, so this is definitely a product that works great for me. Being a mommy I want to look my best but also be time efficient.
Lastly, if you live in the East Coast you know that we have to rotate beauty products according to the seasons just like our wardrobe. So on top of worrying about our skin, hair and nails we also have to hydrate and moisturize our lips, in the winter and summer.
