MY SUNSHINE

I debated on writing this post. And even on posting it at all. But sometimes it is best to keep on at life and get through the days with distractions and just simply trust in God. This passed weekend I lived a difficult and emotional life experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. For now I just want to say I am doing better and my family and I are all ok. These pictures were taken before that. It was a gorgeous Saturday morning and we enjoyed an amazing Dominican brunch. Maybe one day I will get the guts to share what happened. For now it's just too emotional for me. But I just wanted to say to never take things for granted and to be grateful for what you have. I am so blessed with an amazing husband and a healthy happy child and the added bonus of having and amazing mom and sweet caring family and friends. But often times we take things for granted and even the "most precious of things are too precious to ever even hold" as my sweet cousins wrote to me. I don't want to bum you out but I do want to relate a message that was set in front of me when I needed it, by the amazing Joel Olsteen: "We're not always going to understand why something happens. True faith is trusting God when it doesn't make sense".
I hope that helps someone as much as it did me.

I was in love with this top from the moment I saw it on the OASAP shop. The detail and lace embroidery are just gorgeous and the color is simply exquisite. It is perfect for this Spring and Summer. You can get yours HERE too and they have different colors! Let me know what you think of this look!
